For the protection of all parties, orders must be written, a fax is acceptable.

All art work must be camera ready.

Please allow at least two weeks for orders of less than twenty pieces.
Larger orders may take longer.

A thirty-five percent rush charge on orders shipped in less than two weeks.

Shipping, handling and insurance will be added to each order.

Notice: Precautions will be taken for the protection of all customer-supplied items; however, the Glass Quill or The Silver Owl will not be responsible for mistakes or damage to customer-supplied glass. Skilled craftsman may make handsome artifacts of impure or poorly annealed glass. These uncertainties can defeat even the best engraving technique.
